SCRATCH PROCEDURE:
Þ No scratch meeting will be held.
Þ Submit scratches in writing to the Meet Director (or designee).
Þ You may substitute for a missing swimmer.
Þ You may not change a swimmer’s event (who is present at the meet) to another event to replace a missing swimmer.

Entry Limitations: |
Each swimmer may swim three individual events and two relay events. Each team may enter 3 swimmers in each individual event and 1 relay in each relay event. |

“Age up” Date: |
The swimmer’s age as of the meet date will determine his/her age group for Chicagoland meets. |
|
Entry Fees: |
There is a $400.00 entry fee payable to All-Star Awards due by the entry deadline ($431 if your team is not tax exempt). Entry fees are due by December 1, 2005. Send payment to: All-Star Awards 8651 W. 96th St. Palos Hills, 60465 Officials, hospitality, and other costs associated with hosting the meet are the responsibility of the host team. |

Meet Workers: |
For this meet each team will supply: · 1 official · 2 timers |
|
Awards: |
Awards will be given to the top twelve finishers in each event with the exception of Senior Boys who will swim as exhibition. |
|
Scoring: |
12th place scoring will be used for all events. Senior boys’ events will be swum as exhibition. |
|
Time Schedule: |
7:30 am.......pool opens 7:45 am.......warm ups begin 8:15 am.......scratches due to meet director 8:45 am........clear pool 9:00 am........meet begins |
