SCRATCH PROCEDURE:

Ţ    No scratch meeting will be held.

Ţ    Submit scratches in writing to the Meet Director (or designee).

Ţ    You may substitute for a missing swimmer.

Ţ    You may not change a swimmer’s event (who is present at the meet) to another event to replace a missing swimmer.

Entries due by:

 

One week before the meet.

 

 

 

Entry Limitations:

 

Each swimmer may swim five events total (maximum of three individual events).

 

Each team may enter 2 swimmers in each individual event and 1 relay in each relay event.

 

 

“Age up” Date:

 

The swimmer’s age as of the meet date will determine his/her age group for CASSL meets.

 

 

Seed Times:

 

All seed times should be recorded as Short Course Yard times.

 

 

Entry Fees:

 

No entry fees will be charged.  Each club must pay their portion of the awards fees to the vendor appointed by CASSL.  Officials, hospitality, and other costs (such as ISI Sanction) associated with hosting the meet are the responsibility of the host team.

 

 

Meet Workers:

 

For this meet each team will supply:

·        1 official

·        2 timers

 

 

Awards:

 

Awards will be given to the top six finishers in each event.
