TRC Photo will be the official photographers at the 2007
Illinois Age Group Championship Swim Meet. Reservations are being taken for
action photos on a "first come, first served" basis. We will be
taking reservations at the meet, but we encourage you to sign up early
online. Take a look at the two options offered below, then
make your reservation(s) using either of the PayPal
buttons.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Choose one of the options below and use
the correct "Buy Now" button. We will photograph one event per
order. As you complete your order, be sure to include your swimmer's name,
gender and 3 most preferred events in the "info box". Also,
include a way to contact you at the meet if we should encounter a conflict
when the final heet sheet is printed. If you want
pictures of more than one swimmer or event, be sure to order them together
to avoid additional shipping charges. It is essential that you stop by
the TRC Photo table at the meet to make sure we have you marked down for
your pictures. Online orders can only be accepted until 7:00 pm Thursday,
March 15. The "Buy Now" button will still work after that time,
but we will not be in the office to see it before the meet.

Action Photo CD

You get all
the full size images we take of your swimmer in the heet.
Use them for unlimited personal printing, emails, blogs,
screensavers, etc. CD images may also be used for local newspapers or
team websites without additional permission. The Photo CD may be taken
to any local photo printer like Wolf Camera, Walgreen's, Walmart, etc. as well as any online printer.

Your photos
will be uploaded to our online store where you can complete your order
from home. You will be emailed a code to deduct the amount of your
deposit from your completed order. We offer a full range of prints as
well as customizable collages and other products.
Receive $3.49
shipping credit (standard rate for print orders) when reserving your
event online before 7:00 pm, March 15. Non-print and special order
items may incur additional shipping charges.

TRC Photo does not print at the meet. This keeps you from
standing in long lines, and, it lets us review each photo before sending it
out. We can make minor adjustments, ensuring that you get a better product
than you would with a quick print done on site. If we see something we
wouldn't want ourselves, we contact you first and offer a refund. Podium
shots will be taken of all swimmers-no reservations required. All award
photos will be posted at www.findmyeve nt.com, password "il swimming".

All TRC Photo images are guaranteed for quality (color,
focus, lighting). We will not make you pay for sub-standard
photos whether it was our fault or not. If your swimmer doesn't look our
way, we will send a complete refund. There is a $10 processing fee for
refunds on the "Deposit Only" option if the photos meet industry
standards for quality. Although we try, we cannot guarantee that we can get
every stroke of an IM event. For shorter events like the 50 Free, please do
not expect more than 5 good shots in the water. We will try to get them
behind the starting block if possible.
