Greetings all!

Just a quick note on some details for the weekend.

First and foremost, due to the timeline being relatively quick, we will
push back the morning session start time to 9:00, warm-ups will begin at
8:00.  You will find your assigned warm-up lane posted when you arrive at
the pool Friday night.

On Friday night, we will be cutting back the girls and boys 400 free and
the girls 400 IM to the top 32 with an added heat of PAC swimmers.  We
will also cut back the mile to the top 16 for both boys and girls.  There
will not be an additional PAC heat for the mile.  We will have a separate
check in sheet for the miles, located at the check-in table.  They will be
the first sheets on the table.  Please ask your swimmers to check
themselves in there. Psych sheets will be posted on our website by
tomorrow afternoon.

We ask that each team provide the following timers:

PAC- 2 lanes
Wheaton-1 1/2 lanes
Fox Valley- 1 1/2 lanes
CATS- 1 lane
Naperville- 1 lane
Lockport- 1/2 lane and added relief
Hastings Lake 1/2 lane and added relief

Thank you in advance for finding parents to time.

We will again be using lunch tickets for hospitality.  You will find you
tickets in the coaches packet that can be picked up upon your arrival.
Tickets can be redeemed for lunch items from concessions provided by Go
Roma.  All breakfast items, snacks, drinks, salad and anything else can be
found in hospitality.  If you need more tickets for your coaches or you
feel you need another sandwich or something, please come find me as I will
have extras with me at all times.
