USA Sectionals Parent Meeting

 

 

Our team’s biggest and most exciting meet this winter for Senior swimmers is the USA Speedo Sectional Meet, held at the University of Minnesota, March 10-13, 2005.  Any travel meet involves many details, and we would like to help everyone get organized by holding a few group meetings.

 

Where:       Wheaton College Pool Deck

 

When:         7:00 pm, Wednesday, January 12, 2005 (during practice)

 

Who:           Parents of swimmers with USA Sectional Cuts and those swimmers who are close to achieving the time standards, or hope to get a cut should attend this meeting. 

 

Purpose:     The coaching staff is trying to put together a convenient and affordable trip that will suit the needs of our swimmers and their families.  This meeting is a planning meeting that will focus on travel options and costs.  We are looking for your input!

 

Next Meeting: The next (and lengthier) meeting will be Feb 16th at Wheaton College immediately after practice (7:30 p.m.).  This will be a mandatory meeting for anyone who wishes to go to this meet.  We will discuss team rules, financial arrangements, etc. at this meeting.
