Below is an estimated summary of all expenses involved in the Sectional Meet
Note that all calculations are estimates based on 15 swimmers attending.
The chaperones will make every effort to keep cost down (coupons etc)
to make the trip as affordable as possible.  If you have any cost saving ideas
or connections which would allow us to save money on this trip, please contact 
the chaperones as soon as possible.

This money will be applied directly to the swimmers' meal expenses.
We will accept donations up until the meet.  These donations will positively affect the overall cost to each
swimmer.  Your donations are appreciated; each donor will receive a web advertisement and a t-shirt.
