USA Speedo Sectionals

Our team’s biggest and most exciting meet this summer for Senior swimmers is the USA Speedo Sectional Meet, held at the University of Illinois at Chicago, March 8-11, 2007.

General Itinerary

Parent's Meeting	1/31/07	Wheaton College Pool Deck after practice for parents 7:15 p.m. - Room 225 (upstairs from the pool lobby)
Swimmer's Meeting	1/31/07	Mandatory meeting for anyone planning or hoping to go 7:30 p.m. on the pool deck with Bob
Deposit Due ($500)	1/31/07	Note: swimmers may still qualify after this date and may turn in their deposit at the time cuts are acheived
Team Pasta Party	3/5/07	Sponsored by an very kind anonymous donor! Held at Gino's East in Wheaton (Link). Will be held 45 minutes after the conclusion of practice.
Swimmers Travel	March 8	All swimmers meet at UIC at 3:00 p.m. Swimmers may attend a part-day of school this way. Coaches will take over chaperoning duties at this point.
Swimmers Pizza & Shave Party	March 8	At the hotel after working out. Sponsored by Vern and Donna Field
Meet Starts	March 8	(Note, only the 1000 free is swum the first day).
Meet Ends	March 11	Prelims and Finals: Fri, Sat, Sun with time trials between sessions
Swimmers Return	March 11	Swimmers are released to their parents after dinner on Sunday.
Night On The Town	March 11	Team Dinner / Activity after the meet! Please RSVP for dinner at Hawkeye's by March 6. (Link to Restaurant). Please email RSVP's to Chris. List of RSVP's
