Financial Information and Parent Information
Itinerary
Leaving the July 21st - All swimmers must be in the hotel by 4pm. Team will swim and have a pizza / shave party following practice.
July 22nd - meet breakfast, prelims, lunch and time trials, finals, dinner, lights out at 945pm
July 23rd - meet breakfast, prelims, lunch and time trials, finals, dinner, lights out at 945pm
July 24th - meet breakfast, prelims, lunch and time trials, finals, dinner, lights out at 945pm
July 25th - meet breakfast, prelims, lunch and time trials, finals, dinner, lights out at 945pm
July 26th - coaches will leave for the airport at or around 9am - please arrange pick up for your swimmer before 9am if your swimmer is not on the same flight as the coaching staff.

Help Chris with pre meet prep and communication - help collect mandatory forms from the girls team.
T-Shirt -Josephine Favia
Work with Kiefer to desing and distribute a summer sectional team t-shirt $10 per or less.
Team Photographer - ?
Take a team picture at the pool following a prelim session or before a final session. Take candid and action shots at the competition.
Hotel Door Signs - Josephine Favia
Design and create hotel door signs for each swimmer. Hotel door signs should include first names, events qualified for and be made as a keep sake for swimmers as a memory of the meet.
Pasta Party - Vern and Donna Field
The Pasta, Pizza Party has been hosted by the Del Galdo's, Field's and Sweeny's in the past. Dinner after practice the week before the meet after a practice. This event is for swimmers and coaches only and has been hosted at homes as well as a local restaurant (Gino's Pizza in downtown Wheaton).

*Each swimmer will have their own queen size bed - two queens in each room.
* Swimmers should pack using one large carry on bag and one swim bag at the very most. The coaching staff will not be checking baggage and would appreciate it if those swimmers sharing a flight and ride to the airport did not check baggage either.
** Swimmers must have a photo Id if traveling with the staff.
*** No phone calls after 9:45 pm. Swimmers who use a cell phone after 9:45 pm will have it confiscated until the end of the meet. Lights out is defined as - swimmers in their own rooms, lights out, tv or radio off and cell phone turned off. Please show courtesy and respect to your teammates and coaches.
**** Please bring your own shaving equipment to the meet. If you are flying please put your equipment in a bag with your sports drinks. Jill Long will transport those things that cannot be brought onto the plane (drinks, shaving equip, ect.)
