ESCROW and MEET ENTRIES. There will no longer be an escrow account for swimmers' meet entries. All meet sign-ups will now be done online, and you will pay for each meet as you sign up for it. This eliminates the need to "pay ahead" for meets you may not even be attending! To read about escrow accounts used previously, please see below.

Escrow Information (prior to July 2008)

The team will have an escrow account which will be used for your ISI meet entry fees. When your escrow account falls below a certain level, you will be notified as such or will receive a bill for additional meet entries owed. This money belongs to you, and any unused portion will be credited towards next season, or returned to you should you leave the team. You will be billed for any large meet (not dual meets) that the Wheaton Swim Club hosts, even if you do not participate. Judging by last year’s meet participation, the average swimmer will participate in 2/3 of the meets offered and will owe about $12 beyond the escrow they pay up front.
