Now you can pay online for you team fees! Click here to findout how!

The team also accepts major credit cards in the team Office!

All fees are due at the time of registration, unless you participate in the installment plan below. Contact a coach or see the website if you are interested in paying by credit card or Pay-pal.

Training Fees. Group Fees include training fees only. Note that there is a multiple swimmers discount, as outlined below.

ISI Fees. All swimmers must register with ISI (Illinois Swimming, Inc). This money is passed directly on to Illinois Swimming and covers your insurance. Your ISI fee is good from Sept 1, 2005 through Aug 31, 2006.

ESCROW and MEET ENTRIES . The team will have an escrow account which will be used for your ISI meet entry fees. When your escrow account falls below a certain level, you will be notified as such. This money belongs to you, and any unused portion will be credited towards next season, or returned to you should you leave the team. You will be billed for any large meet (not dual meets) that the Wheaton Swim Club hosts, even if you do not participate. Judging by last year’s meet participation, the average swimmer will participate in 2/3 of the meets offered and will owe about $12 beyond the escrow they pay up front.

FUNDRAISING - (winter only) . The team participates in several fundraising activities throughout the year, including a Give-and-Get “Scrips” program, USA Swimming’s Swim-a-Thon, and many advertising opportunities. Each family is asked to help raise $150 to cover operational costs of the team (or $ 100 for families in silver and bronze; $50 for blue and senior; there is no commitment for swimmers in competitive lessons). Last year, fundraising helped reduce Team Fees for everyone by about $80 per swimmer. Additionally, because a portion of your funds raised beyond your commitment is applied to Training Fees, three families paid for their entire season through fundraising, while 22 families reduced their Training Fees to some extent.

REFUNDS : Team fees are non-refundable after 10 practices have been offered for your swimmer’s group. Any money in your escrow account would be refunded to you if you decide to leave the team. ISI fees are non-refundable. The team must be notified in writing if you choose to leave the team.

HIDDEN COSTS and INCENTIVES : There are no mandatory costs involved in our program other than what is outlined on this sheet. Any other costs are your own choice (apparel, travel meets, etc.). The team’s goal is to make it possible for any member of the community to participate. Please see a member of the staff with any questions you may have. Financial incentive or scholarship opportunities are also available.

DISCOUNTS : Additional family member - 5% reduction fee for second child, 10% discount for 3rd, 4th, etc.

INSTALLMENT PLAN: In the summer the 3-payment plan is replaced by the 3 Session Format. If you would like to sign up and pay for each session separately, please contact the coaching staff. Winter Only: If you would like to pay in 3 installments, please divide your total amount by 3. Write one check with today’s date for 1/3 of the total. Write a second check for the same amount dated one month from now. Write a third check dated two months from now for the same amount. Please remit all 3 checks today, but we will not deposit the second or third check until the above dates.

The team's goal is to make it possible for anyone to participate on the team. Please see a member of the coaching staff with any questions you may have. Financial incentive or scholarship opportunities may be available.
