Wheaton Swim Club is upgrading to a new online platform called Swim Manager. This will ultimately replace our online team, meet and volunteer registration platform (called Thriva), and the software (called Team Manager) we use to track swimmer’s times and enter swimmers into meets.

- Register Now for the New Platform
- Go your NEW swimming portal and register for meets which occur after Jan 1
- Register for a current Wheaton Swim Club session (fall/winter trainings)
- Register for an upcoming swim meet (note - meets which occur after Jan 1 will use the new platform and you will need to register above first! Meets which occur prior to Jan 1 are still done on the Old system)
We will begin using Swim Manager to register swimmers for swim meets for all meets which occur after January 1. Then we will use the new software exclusively for all team functions once we open up registration for our Spring/Summer season. Your current Thriva login account will remain active until the end of this fall/winter season.
All team members will need to create a new Swim Manager account as soon as possible. You will not be able to register for meets past December until you do so. You will not be charged anything when you register – you will simply be entering your info into the new system. Instructions to register are below!
What’s in it for you?
Now all your swimming data will be in one place! The platform no longer runs on Flash so you can access your account on mobile devices, including swimmers’ best times, meet entries, meet results, and more! It’s going to be awesome.
What do I do now?
STEP ONE. To register for the new system, simply to the following link and follow the prompts. Note that this will ultimately be a two step process (see below) but you only need to do step one now. We will let you know when you need to do step two.
You will be registering for “Wheaton Swim Club Winter Meets 2015.” Make sure to register all athletes in your family you are now, or might someday be on the team, in lessons, or in our diving program. This will save you time later.
PLEASE REGISTER BY NOVEMBER 4. This will ensure we have time to activate your account and get you registered for future meets.
STEP TWO. Once you are in the system, you won’t need to do anything until you hear from us! After the whole team is registered, we will send you a notification to update your billing information. You will receive a link to your own personal swim portal which will have best times, your contact info, etc. You will be able to add a credit card to your file. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER YOU IN MEETS WITHOUT A PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE.
STEP THREE. Enjoy! Using the new portal, we will INVITE you (via email) to register for upcoming meets. You will then have the option to accept or decline the invitation to each meet and each session. It will be a very streamlined process!
HINT: If have ever registered for a marathon or other sporting event through a different organization that also uses ACTIVE for registration, your email addresses might already be in the system. If you need to reset your password, use the following link https://passport.active.com/forgot
